Reserving Slots
Once you reserve a slot, the rink has 24 hours to confirm you have the slot. If the rink does not confirm in 24 hours, the slot will be cancelled. We encourage all rinks to respond within 10 hours.
The rink has to confirm to make sure they are not double booking a slot. Sometimes ice times change and it will give rinks the ability to double check to make sure the slot is still available.
Your Credit card will be changed once the rink confirms you have the slot.
